We have 13 semi-automatic machines with maximum daily capacity up to 60 kg. For the manufacturing of needles and rivets we use only brass wire.

Small production but practically necessary for beading necklaces and rosaries machine manufacture. We offer a wide range of wire length and diameter which we deliver either raw or in final surface treatment.

Use of Rivets and Eypins
A rivet has a flat at its end which is used as an ending to produce pendants or earrings. A prisma rivet has the ending coiled into spirals. The thickness of a wire which is used is wider than in case of the common beading rivets. They are used mainly in the manufacture of jewelery from hand-coiled beads or metal beads with a bigger hole for a thread.
